One product, every shop.

Pick a seat count. Pick monthly or annual. That's the RTG Way: two decisions, then the whole product comes with it. Every capability, for every customer. The team plan and the AI plan? The same plan. Then it bends to your shop: rename what doesn't fit, switch off what you don't use.

§ 02
Only on RTG
What you can't get elsewhere

Four things only RTG ships.

The other California legislative-tracking tools are real options. These four capabilities are unique to RTG — nowhere else in the market today.

Live floor-vote alerts

Other tools deliver tomorrow's digest. RTG watches both chambers live — on-call alerts when your tracked bill is queued, vote results as they're published. Push, SMS, and email, the moment it happens.

Only here · 02

Cross-customer coalition whip counts

Separate organizations, separate accounts, one shared whip count. Your trade association, your union partner, your nonprofit ally — all in one view, attributed and timestamped.

Only here · 03

Full Lobbyist directory, cross-ref

Every registered lobbyist, firm, employer, and $5,000+ spender — cross-referenced. Click any record to see who they represent, who represents them, and which bills they're moving on.

Position-over-time tracking

Every snapshot side-by-side. See exactly which organizations switched between the Higher Ed hearing and Approps — the signal most teams miss because they're working from one snapshot at a time.

Frequently asked
Honest answers, not deflection

Questions, answered.

The ones we hear most often. If yours isn't here, call us at 916·241·3436.

Everything. Full feature access, real California bill data, real votes, real CalAccess search. Up to 5 users on the trial workspace.

No credit card. We don't ask for one until you decide to convert. If you don't, the workspace freezes and your data is preserved for 30 days in case you change your mind.

It kicks in automatically based on your seat count. No negotiation, no “contact sales for a quote.” Add a 5th seat to your workspace, every seat (including the existing ones) re-prices to the 15%-off rate. Hit 10, everyone re-prices to 30%-off. And so on.

If you're sitting just below a band — say, 9 seats — you can prepay the 10th to unlock the 30%-off band. Most teams in that spot do.

Anytime. We prorate the credit from your remaining monthly period onto the annual plan. No call-with-success-manager dance required — we just sort it out for you.

Your workspace freezes immediately. Your data is preserved for 30 days in case you come back. Full CSV export remains available until the workspace is destroyed at day 30.

We don't hold data hostage. The whole point of being on a tool you trust is that you can leave it.

Yes. An RTG engineer imports a sample of your bills on day one so you can work with real data alongside your current tool. On day 14 you pick monthly, annual, or walk away clean. Annual commitments unlock the full portfolio import plus a 30-day guided onboarding window with the same engineer.

See the Moving to RTG page for the day-by-day picture — including the "starting clean" path if you'd rather skip the hand-holding.

We won't pretend switching is zero-effort. We will pretend it's our job to make it as low-effort as possible.

A Gallery Seat is the read-only seat for the people around the work. It covers RTG Core on the desktop and RTG Pulse on mobile: full visibility across the workspace, without the ability to change the shared record. $25 / user / mo, flat rate, no annual discount.

A Gallery Seat can be assigned bills and acknowledge them, run and print reports, see votecards and scorecards, and receive every notification. What it can't do is edit workspace state. Available only on plans with 3+ full seats.

Right for board members, clients of a contract shop, comms staff, funders, and execs above the GA function. It's an add-on, not a tier. You can have any mix, say 5 full seats plus 3 Gallery Seats, and volume pricing on full seats still applies independently.

There's nothing to un-buy. One plan, one per-seat price. You aren't billed per capability, so there's no cheaper tier to drop to and none to upgrade into later.

What you can do is get the parts you don't use out of the way. Turn off advisory positions, votecards, or law tracking and they're gone for everyone in your workspace, not greyed out. Rename what doesn't match how your team talks: call a Client a Program, a Category an Issue Area. Then set a dashboard that looks like your actual job.

An association, a contract shop and a solo lobbyist all run the same RTG, and none of them see the same screen.

No credit card. Real California bills. Real votes. Full RTG, unlocked, for two weeks.
